Volunteer
Jabulani embraces volunteers from diverse backgrounds, spanning the globe and all age ranges. Volunteer durations can vary from 3 to 18 months. We seek dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in Zithulele while embracing personal growth and learning. Volunteer roles depend on factors like the length of stay and Jabulani's immediate needs, but we strive to align your interests with our various programmes. If you are interested in volunteering with Jabulani, please contact Jenny on [email protected]. In your email, please share your motivation, preferred dates, and any special skills or interests that can benefit our community. We look forward to your contribution.
DONATE
As a non-profit organisation, the vast majority of our income comes from donors. Whether large or small, once-off or regular, every donation allow us to establish and develop our projects. This means, as a donor, you will be contributing directly towards improving the lives of our community.
ad hoc DONATionsIf you cannot commit to regular donations as a 'Friend of Jabulani', once-off or ad hoc donations are just as much appreciated and hold the potential to make a significant contribution towards this community.
Depending what country you're donating from, there are tax benefits to be had if we can match donations to identities so please reference donations accordingly and send us an email letting us know if there is a specific programme you'd like to support or whether we can use it where it's most needed. Should you wish to remain anonymous there is no need to email us at all, just use the reference to indicate where your donation should be allocated. Options for donating from different countries and using different methods can be found here. |
BeCOME A FRIENDWhy not become a Friend of Jabulani by making regular donations, whether they are monthly, quarterly or annually? Regular donations are extremely helpful as they enable us to better plan and budget for our various programmes, all of which leads to the sustainability of our work. If you are interested in becoming a valued Friend of Jabulani, please send us an email specifying how much you would like to give, how often, and whether there is a specific programme that you'd like your donation to be put towards or whether we can use it where it's most needed.

If you have something that you think could benefit the work of Jabulani, do get in touch, be it secondhand goods for Buyisithemba, ECD materials for the preschools (traditional and Montessori), catering equipment for Siyabulela Coffee Shop or more. If you can provide proof of its financial value, we may be able to provide a Section 18A tax certificate.
